The Committee would draw attention to Section 13 (1) of the supreme Court Ordinance, Ura. No.3 of 1873,

which reads:-

"There shall be and belong to the Supreme Court

the following officers, that is to say, a Registrar, two Deputy Registrars, two clerks of the court, and so many clerks, interpreters, and other officers as to the Governor may appear to be necessary for the administration of justice and the execution of all the powers and authorities which are granted and committed to

the court by this Ordinance."
